Blac (Building Leaders and Creators) is a minority internship initiative launched within the advertising agency community. Its mission is to bring more young Black talent into the industry by giving them a platform so their immeasurable creativity can be seen and heard.
To launch the initiative, I created the brand identity to visually resonates with its audience. The brand identity had a dynamic and empowering look that felt fresh, modern, and impactful.
To this day, this established look and feel is carried across all print, marketing collateral, web/digital, and social initiatives.
